United States Shipping Origin and Delivery Times
Most US orders will ship from our warehouses via FedEx, UPS and Amazon Logistics. Given current shelter in place orders, processing may take a bit longer, and we appreciate your patience in advance. After order processing is complete, standard shipping will take 5-12 business days.
If you need your product(s) delivered sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Please note that processing can take up to 1-4 business days depending on when in the day you place your order. We provide you tracking information directly once your product has shipped.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not immediately show movement as FedEx and UPS may generate the label prior to shipping. This is normal, and your tracking status will update within 24-48 hours once the initial scan updates into their systems. On weekends, you may not see changes to your tracking number until Monday. If you have not seen changes to your tracking status in 4-5 business days, please contact us so that we can communicate with our fulfillment partners to locate your package's status.
At this time, all carriers are experiencing delays and it may take longer than normal to receive your parcels(s). R&T will not be shipping order replacements for orders until at least 5 business days after shipment to allow time for carriers to deliver.
