R&T Customer Return Policy and Information
Damaged and Defective
Customers should contact R&T Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues.
Returns. Special instructions below.
Due to the hygienic nature of these products,R&T can only accept customer returns that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
Customer returns to R&T will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
R&T will not accept for credit any customer returns on bidet seats, smart toilet, or bidet attachments and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
For Warranty service, customers should contact R&T directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.
All other non-hygienic products:
Customer returns to R&T will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Water filtration products including filters that have been used may not be returned as once water has been run through the filter, they are not re-sellable.
Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
EASY RETURNS
Due to the hygiene nature of our business, R&T only accepts returns or exchanges on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date. New and unused means the product has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in saleable condition.
Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
Returns must have prior authorization from R&T or will be rejected for refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Within the US, returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with insurance, R&T is not liable for damages incurred during shipment. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. The toll free number for R&T Warranty and Customer Support is XXXXXXXXXXX. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim.
